EAS is a hands-on adjusting firm that provides claims services for Catastrophe, Large Loss, Day Claims and Claims Investigation both commercial and residential. We hire only experienced adjusters and managers that can handle all types of claims ethically and with best claims practices. EAS is not only committed to servicing our clients but also the policyholder.
EAS does not rely on catastrophe events. Our core business is devoted to daily claims and strong ethical relationships with our clients.
We customize all of our files per our clients needs including electronic filing, flexible rates and any additional requests that our clients may have.
Adjusting firms are only as good as their adjusters. At EAS, we hire only adjusters with industry backgrounds whether it's construction, investigation or insurance. We are committed to continuing education and claims training for all of our adjusters.
Policyholders are contacted with in 24 hours of receiving the assignment and are always informed throughout the entire claim process.
For catastrophe events, adjusters are deployed with in 24 hours.
To ensure communication with our clients, EAS utilizes web based claims management. All of our clients can log on to the secure server and find out the status of any and all assigned claims. The system also allows the claims rep to e-mail or add log notes for the adjuster if the need arises. EAS carries Worker's Compensation Coverage, Errors and Omissions coverage and General Liability Coverage for the firm and our adjusters.
