Eastern Adjusting Services was formed by Frank Vadala in 2006. He envisioned that insurance carriers should be able to demand quality product and not settle for anything less. After the country was hit by many hurricanes in 2005 and 2006 the industry was flooded with many inexperienced adjusters. EAS saw the need to exceed the carriers expectations with a quality product and quality adjusters.
Since 2006, EAS has been a hands-on adjusting firm. All claims are scrutinized and prepared by each carrier's needs and expectations.
EAS utilizes a web based claims management for its carriers and adjusters to log in and communicate for any situation.
